Alzheimer Scotland - Post-Diagnostic Support for Carers (Lanarkshire)

Alzheimer Scotland Post-Diagnostic Support provides information and support to Carers of people who are affected by dementia. The service offers one to one individual support alongside group support. The group support enables Carers to network with and seek support from other Carers who are facing similar situations. Group meetings are informal, carer led and designed to be welcoming and dementia friendly.
